Direct clients — organizations and leadership teams planning their own executive retreats, board meetings, or strategy sessions in Italy. You come to me because you want someone who knows the country intimately and can manage complexity on the ground with calm, precision, and discretion.

International agencies and organizers — partners who coordinate global retreats for their clients and need a trusted, senior-level collaborator in Italy. I work behind the scenes as your white-label partner: you maintain the relationship with your client; I ensure flawless execution in Italy. My role is to be invisible to your client while being indispensable to you.

HOW I WORK

From the first conversation to the final debrief, I take full responsibility for what happens in Italy.

This begins with understanding your objectives — not just the logistics, but what you are truly trying to achieve. A three-day leadership retreat requires a different approach than a confidential board strategy session. The venue, the rhythm of the days, the dining, and the quiet moments between sessions are all designed with intention.

I handle venue scouting and selection, working directly with properties I know personally. I coordinate accommodation, curate menus with trusted catering partners, shape the agenda flow in collaboration with you, and manage every supplier relationship — from transportation to technical
setup.

I am present on-site throughout your retreat, not as a visible presence, but as the person ensuring that transitions feel natural, timing flows smoothly, and nothing disrupts the experience you have designed for your participants.

When something unexpected happens — as it inevitably does — I address it quietly and immediately, without involving you unless necessary. This is the value of working with someone senior who has spent twenty years solving problems you will never see.
